Jasmin started her career as an apprentice at Germany, and as part of her training, spent time abroad at ARDEX UK. It gave her the opportunity to learn about the local Sales Force, Production and Procurement practices while at the same time improving her English skills. "As a trainee, it was really interesting to spend four weeks in England. I experienced a foreign culture and a different language and met lots of new colleagues. The warm welcome and the excellent support meant that I quickly felt very much at home." says Jasmin.
